Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Our Expert Advisors and indicator access are digital products delivered immediately after payment. Once a licence key has been issued or TradingView access granted, the product is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.

Before you buy

We deliberately publish live trading results on our Telegram channel, and read-only investor credentials are available on request. Please review these and ask us any questions before purchasing — we would much rather answer questions up front than process a refund afterwards.

When we will refund

• Duplicate payment — refunded in full.
• Non-delivery — if we fail to deliver your licence or access, refunded in full.
• Product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve it — assessed case by case.

What is not covered

Trading losses are not grounds for a refund. Market outcomes, broker conditions, unsuitable account sizing or changing your mind after delivery are not refundable.

Subscription cancellation

Monthly and yearly indicator subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period runs to its end and is not pro-rated.
